About the Book
The Supplement to Rel Psych contains sixty spiritual-affirmation sessions. Spiritual affirmations—the recitation of spiritual statements of faith, belief, and understanding—develop and enrich our minds in spiritual direction. They heal us physically, mentally, and spiritually. They point us in highly ethical and moral direction. They bring out the best in us. They fill the vacuum of our unanswered spiritual questions. The spiritual-affirmation sessions have the magical power to highly inspire us to expand our spiritual dimension. They fill our spiritual reservoir to the top. And they cause our reservoir to overflow with a totally positive attitude that impressively helps us to deal most effectively with each problem and challenge that enters our arena each day. Above all, the sessions connect up to a spiritual power that is far greater than our very limited selves.
About the Author
AL-DAVID BERNSTEIN was born in Bangor, Maine, on June 11, 1927. He graduated from Bangor High School in 1945 just before the end of World War II. After serving in the U.S. Army of Occupation in Germany, he received a bachelor of arts degree from Boston University School of Public Relations. Al intentionally chose to work for forty years in the retail sales field, using it as a great laboratory to test the development of higher ethics and morality, spiritual-material balance, and spiritual honesty. Al continues to reside in Bangor. Writing remains his passion. Al and his wife, Rhoda, raised three delightful sons—Bud, Rick, and Harley. Anyone seeking further insight and understanding of the author can find it in a short book, Happiness on 7 Dollars a Week, by the author’s son, Harley Bernstein.
