About the Book

I have discovered through out my years in the ministry, that many pastors were having difficulty counseling their members. Basically because people do not only deal with the problems of mans sinful nature, but they also deal with psychological problems, that could be generic in their make up. Then there are the generational curses that may not have been broken. This is why I believe, that pastors need to be equipped to counsel the whole man, and to assess mental disorders from sinful nature behavior. The answer to problems and remedies used today show that the consumption of medicines is quite popular. However complete wholeness through the word of God should be as popular. The bible states in proverbs 24:6 (Amp), for by wise counsel you can wage your war and in an abundance of counselors there is victory and safety.

About the Author

Biography: Dr. Winbush was raised in a Christian family of thirteen siblings, he was the eighth. His mother was a missionary and evangelist in the Church of God In Christ. He was called to the ministry at the age of seventeen. He holds a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling and a PhD in Biblical Counseling, from Friends International Christian University.
