A well known pastor once stated, “If an eight year old doesn’t understand your message, it is likely it won’t be understood by many others.”

With that thought in mind, this book uses simple pictures to illustrate individual verses, on the premise that one picture is worth a thousand words.

This allows the reader to make their own composite picture in their mind and draw their own conclusions.

About the Author

About the Author Madeline (Ryan) Cantwell was born in Kansas City, Missouri and began teaching the Beginner Class at the church at the age of 15. At Southwestern Bible College in Waxahachie, Texas she met and married Mack Cantwell, who was a ministerial student. As a team of ordained minister and teacher, they pastored and traveled for 5 years in seven states. Madeline always used illustrated lessons for classes from beginners to adults, getting her the name “Bag-Lady Teacher.” She also wrote many songs for teaching children and adults. She conducted seminars in 5 states called (“Teachers Trainings Course”) After retirement form Texas Tech University, she enjoyed the role of substitute teacher for 3 weeks – elementary thru high school.
