ABOUT THE AUTHOR Born in Chicago in 1953, Jack Lazzara is the second of three of three children. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology at University of Indiana, Bloomington, was a Nationally Certified Master Optician, and was a professional stage magician under the name of ‘Cerlin the Wizard.’ He currently lives in Westmont, Illinois, working as a free lance writer and is a practicing WICCA.
