About the Author

Marianne-Leigh was born on August 16th 1979 in Brampton, Ontario; born a dreamer with an instrumental infatuation for the arts. At 10 years old she realized one of her dreams, to write. She shares this passion with photography, painting, fashion, philosophy, history, theater & traveling. Her parents, Phill & Thess and brother Justin were very influential while growing up. They continue to encourage her creative spirit and remain her biggest support system. Their love has made Marianne-Leigh who she is today, she is very blessed. Her in-laws, Benito, Elizabeth & Paul have been positive reinforcements since day one, she couldn’t be more grateful. And if that wasn’t enough, Marianne-Leigh would also like to thank her close ring of friends, those who exude the value of true friendship, loyalty & family. Marianne-Leigh currently resides in Toronto, Ontario with her two favorite men; husband Alexander Lee Ellazar, married October 14th 2006 and Son, Kaizen born April 7th 2007. Kaizen was actually the inspiration for Anything. They enjoy long drives, long walks, beach fun, hanging out at their favorite cafes, and keeping the sun company. Marianne-Leigh is ecstatic to discover the journey it brings as a Wife, new Mom and now Author.
