About the Author

Lana Nguyen is an eight-year-old third grader at Cherry Crest Elementary in Bellevue, Washington. Lana has consecutively won the gold award for the short stories that she wrote for the Young Author Project. Lana lives with her parents and her sister, Yen. Her hobbies include figure skating, soccer, golf, indoor rock climbing, art, reading, playing the piano, and, of course, writing. Her only wish at the moment is to be the owner of a golden retriever puppy.
