About the Author

I am a retired homemaker whose work reflects my life experiences in two continents. I was born in Roma, Italy in 1931. After surviving WWII, I studied in Milano toward degree in music. I immigrated to the US in 1952 to join relatives in Boston, Mass. While being a working mother with three children, I spent all my free time reading and writing poetry. I had some of my poems published in the USA and in England. I also wrote a price-winning essay about my war recollection. After retiring, I dedicated most of my time to writing and painting.
