About the Book

AUTUMN PONDERING ______________________________ Some autumn days as it grows late, I ponder by the garden gate. Do birthdays squirrels celebrate by baking tiny chestnut cakes? Would it be their tiny ovens heat, which while they bake their birthday treat, somewhere within those thick trunk barks, late in the evening when it's dark, transforms the leaves of old fall trees to flaming pom-poms in the breeze? Some day if we might take that chances find cake icing on those branches.

About the Author

I have found another poem or two within my brothers works. Sometimes I think he had intended to write another 13 horrible poems. Near the end of his second book, be sure to read his testimonial. It sure brings out his sense of humor.
