About the Author

Richard Coffee holds a bachelor of business administration and executive master of business administration from the University of Georgia. During his undergraduate years at UGA, he began to expand upon his passion of writing poetry. He has been influenced by the many people he has encountered through his academic, personal, and professional endeavors. He is very active with the West Atlanta Amateur Athletic Association, Inc. which he is the founder and president. The goal of the organization is to provide secondary academic (college, trade school, etc.) opportunities for the youth of the community. The organization uses athletics to develop team and social skills. The organization also sponsors and participates in events that broaden the cultural perspective of the youth. Part of the proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to the West Atlanta Amateur Athletic Association, Inc. Richard’s leisure activities include fishing, basketball, football, golf, tennis, coaching youth sports, playing chess, cooking, and reading.
