About the Author

Tabace Sedele Burns is a Registered Nurse/Case Manager in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is a 1985 graduate of East Tennessee State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. In 1996, she enrolled in advanced studies at the University of St. Frances and obtained a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration in 1999. She has been blessed with a very rewarding career, but her love for writing never diminished. After hearing an inspiring sermon by Pastor Edward Kirkpatrick several years ago, she was motivated and encouraged to pursue the opportunity to publish her writings. “My Dinosaur Story” was birthed the next year. She has written many articles for a quarterly newsletter for Abundant Life Ministries Christian Center. She has a published article in Black Women’s Magazine and The Black Pages. Tabace is currently writing several health booklets. She is the proud mother of two beautiful children: Brandee 20 and Bryce 8.
