About the Book

These poems represent how I feel about what I have been through and going through and will experience in the future. I have always been into my religion very strongly. So from time to time thoughts come to me about my faith and how I have came through regardless of the circumstances of the situation. I know that I’m blessed and I want the world to know I’m blessed. So I hope everyone who read this material enjoy it as much as I did writing these poems.

Hello, My name is Sharon Denise Johnson. I was born in Jackson, Mississippi on September 13,1967 to Purvis Givens and Rosetta Johnson. I went to Madison, Mississippi every summer to live with my father parents, Charlie Henderson and Jessiebell Henderson. I had 2 brothers, one is deceased and the other one is a year older than me. I finished high school then attended a technical college for 9 months. I have 6 children, Jeremy, Desmond, Shane, Patrice, Shanese and Christopher. We live in Jackson, MS. I’m divorced at this time but maybe in the future I might remarried but at this time it is not in my schedule.
