About the Book

Dyllan is teen with a bad reputation until he meets the girl of his dreams. But just when everything seems to be going great his life takes a turn for the worst and his dream girl is gone. A year later a strange family moves in across the street, among them is a girl his age named Nikki. She’s a talented musician that sees past his reputation and helps him move on from the past. Now Dyllan has to face new challenges, but not worry he’s got his clumsy older sister, Amy, his new friend Nikki and a second chance.

About the Author

Born in Naples, Italy to Puerto Rican parents Kiara has always had a passion for art and storytelling. When she was young she would draw all sorts of comics and pictures and show them to her family. Kiara wrote Second Chance the summer before her freshman year in High School. She would never have thought of publishing it until her friends said they liked it. She is now continuing the story into her jurnor year. Kiara expresses herself through art, graphic design, sketching portraits, contemporary art, drawing, and of course graphic novels. Kiara wants to pursue her passion and hopes whoever reads this will pursue theirs.
