A whimsical story for ages 2 to 100.

Caty is a fun-loving little caterpillar. She and her friend Andy the Ant play games together in Farmer Wiggins‛ back yard. She loves being a caterpillar because she can do so many things with her fourteen feet. She can climb up a rock at the same time as she is climbing down the other side. And she easily beats Andy at hopscotch on the old screen door. But summer is ending, the weather is turning colder, and her feet hurt on the cold ground. Caty and Andy try to find someone who can make fourteen little shoes for her. Several barnyard friends try to help, but can she find the shoes she wants before it‛s time for her long winter nap?
