About the Book

My initial goal in writing this Simple Kitchen Hints Book was to create a comfortable atmosphere for my special friends, who are having a hard time trying to read a cookbook; teens, whether they have become the head helper at home or away at college; and young couples starting out and maintaining a household, especially the kitchen.

About the Author

Betty is the daughter to Stella Antoine Calligan and the late Willie Calligan, Jr. She and her husband, Robert, have four children – Chad, Niki, Eboney, and Robin. They are first time grandparents of a beautiful baby girl named ReAsia, and a handsome son-in-law Renaldo. Betty and Robert reside in New Iberia which is about two hours from New Orleans, LA
