About the Book

The Tides is an accumulation of thoughts concerning world and American events, moods, results. It consists of tidbits for the man on the street, the overburdened, the isolated. The comments serve as springboards for recall of the last years that have been tumulus, forgetful and unforgettable.

About the Author

Essdale Wilson spent a career in education before turning to writing. Earlier he wandered the maze of life before spending a four year awakening hitch in the USAF during the Korean conflict. Now he devotes most of his time to grandchildren and most of his frustration on golf courses.
