About the Author

Ivory Gandy Bellamy is a former high school English teacher with a God-given gift to teach, reach, and educate and is one of the most gifted writers to pick up a pen in a long time. When you read her poetry, you will also discover her special ability to express her life in her poetry. This book of poems, entitled Life is a Million Good-byes, is her first effort with other literary projects to follow in 2011. She also has influential contacts in the music industry where she is highly respected. A sought after speaker and workshop facilitator, she has aspirations to host her very own syndicated talk show and to continue her growth as an author and poet.
