About the Author

My name is Jackie and I have lived in a small village in the southern part of Wisconsin all my life. I am the youngest of my family. I have two brothers and four sisters. My profession is what inspired me to write children’s stories. I have been a preschool teacher for 23 years. Presently I teach four and five year olds of endless energy and imagination. Through these children they have given me many ideas for a first of many adventurous stories I hope to write. I hope you enjoy reading this story as I did in writing it.
