About the Book

Howie, The Christmas Mouse is a very heart warming story of a lost field mouse and a young boy who cares for him. Finding his way into the young boy’s home, he is cared for while being hidden from the young boy’s mother who may not understand, at first, his enthusiasm as the caregiver of a stray field mouse. As the story progresses, the secret is revealed. The ending of the story reminds us of the true meaning of the Christmas Season.

About the Author

Thomas M. Cosley is a Director of Music Ministries and Principal Organist at a Catholic Church in the Diocese of Pittsburgh. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Music and Philosophy. He is noted as a published composer of music with three major sacred music publishing companies in the United States. Working with the school children and his Youth Choir, he became inspired to shift his creativity to that of writing children’s books. In his spare time, he likes to travel, walk, hiking in the woods, go biking, and watch old movies.
