Cookbook for Cancer Patients

About the Book
This is neither a medical book nor a chef’s book. The recipes in this book were created as a result of my personal experience while preparing food for my mother. These recipes are not suggesting, in any way, to assist in curing cancer. However, they are mostly nutritious, suited for easier
digestion and fun to eat.
This book may help you in grocery shopping while selecting
ingredients or prepackaged food. I had initially searched for recipes and nutrition information for cancer patients through hospital handouts and cancer center Web sites. The amount of information and its diversity was scarce. But they helped me to improvise while incorporating some of our family recipes.
This collection was intended to be a source of inspiration and a stepping stone to prepare the meals as you wish. Yet it has been evolved as an unintended chapter of a personal diary expressed in recipes and photographs.
