LEFRANC GUERIN is a Haitian Accountant, Philosopher, Administrator, Tax Expert, and Author. He was born in Haiti, May 13, 1956. He is a citizen of United States of America. His education began in Haiti schools. After graduating from Lycee Alexandre Petion, he attended Law School, State University of Portau- Prince, Haiti, and he graduated from Ecole De Commerce Maurice Laroche in Accounting. When he left Haiti to USA, he went to college. He graduated from Rockland Community College in Business/Business Administration (Associate Applied Science) A.A.S. He has earned a degree in Business Administration of Science (BS) from St. Thomas Aquinas College. He graduated from Stratford Career Institute. He can speak Creole, French, English, and some Spanish
