Mary's Letters

About the Book

Mary, the writer, is the mother of Jesus. When she is told that she is to become the mother of the Messiah, she become very happy, yet very worried at the same time. She writes her cousin Elizabeth who she hopes can calm her fears. Much later in section two, she writes her married daughter telling her of the happenings concerning Jesus. She expects that he will be crowned king, and when he is killed instead, she cannot understand. In section three Mary finds the answers to these things that have been such a concern to her. His kingdom is different from what she had expected. He is KING of KINGS.

About the Author

The author’s parents were missionaries to Tibet before it became part of China. It was a family of six that went to Tibet but their four cousins plus their parents were already established there. The eight cousins had many and varied exciding adventures. Back in the States to finish school, this author met and married and together went to the mission field in Africa., There they served their Lord for 47 years, mostly with Bible lessons and Biblical printed matter. They retired at the end of 2000 . After retirement, this author had time to write. There are now three books in print with more to come.
