In My Heart Cried Out is spoken word poetry. This book tells a story about every day life circumstances that happen to everyday people. For those who have endured abuse, rape, pain, rejection,being misused, and let down. This book refl ects back on some of those pains, but will encourage you to let go of what happened to you. So you can walk into your destiny without looking back. Enduring hardship as a good soldier!

About the Author

Mantreece Wilson is an inspiring spoken word poetry writer. She started writing poems as a child for her mother on special occasions. Her love for expressing herself through spoken word continued in to her adult life. She is the mother of four children and a proud grandmother. Mantreece graduated from Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She received her Associates in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Alpha Eta Alpha Chapter International Honor Society of the Two-Year College and the National Dean’s Honor Roll.
