About the Book
Nasir's Strings is a book for all ages. Helping kids with grooming and being aware of their surroundings. Turning an annoyance to some into a learning tool for all, that's the goal of this nonfiction story in which my son had issues with and still does until this day. I don't know if his strings are not tied tight enough or they just aren't made as strong as they once were. Whatever the case it happens with a lot of people , so I thought I'd write about it, even saw a very mature man with one shoe untied, I started to say "your shoe's untied sir", and here is a book! ( Even though the book wasn’t available at the time ). I say all that to say, people of all ages have issues with strings and other things in life, but if we are aware of what’s going on, only then can we change it .
About the Author
This book was written by Hope Galloway, an artist/entertainer, songwriter, humanitarian about her son and his shoelaces. The first in a collection to come, the book is intended to teach children a valuable lesson. “ It was a joy to write “, Ms. Galloway said, because it didn’t matter what kind of shoe it was , expensive or not so expensive. If it had stings , they were coming untied! Hope lives in Philadelphia with her son and fiancé, she has one other child a daughter named Latifah. She enjoys volunteering, teaching her son at home, learning new things, singing, acting. Poetry is one of her loves, among an erray of other things she does. She can now add author to her resume, which is such a thrill for her, because she loves to help children succeed.
