About the Author

Usha Monjan is a writer of picture storybooks, poems, and now a trilogy. THE SEED IS PLANTED is her first work to be published and represents Part 1 of a trilogy entitled Journey To The Sheepfold. She has a science background, is interested in nature, art, photography, and loves to hike, sail, and explore new places. She is married, has two children and is currently enjoying two grandchildren. She has a deep faith in God and has found Him to be a most precious Treasure in her life and has been privileged to see Him work amazing miracles on the mission field.

The author, Usha Monjan, uses a diverse family of Bighorn Sheep to accurately parallel humanity - in thoughts, needs, relationships, emothions, trials and testings in the journeyings of life, making this a riveting story, full of ""gold nuggets to be mined"" and applied. It was hard to find a suitable stopping point to set the book down long enough to do needed duties, and even harder to have the book end. I can barely wait to have her next book go to press, and so continue with the progression of this compelling adventure. I can well understand why other reviewers on amazon.com and Barnes & Noble are giving this book the high ratings of 5 out of 5. I will do the same. This very accomplished work is definately meant to be on film in theaters worldwide to beautifully illustrate all it offers the readers. Hurray, Mrs. Monjan, for a book so well done! Keep on shining in all your writings. "

What a wonderful allegorical tale that gives deep insight into walking by faith. It's a tale that will absorb those of all ages,

from the very to those who have walked with the Lord for years.

I can visualize this book as an animated movie; at least I pray so. I can't wait until Part II comes out.
