About the Book

It discusses the financial as well as the potenti al professional problems associated with a very complicated mixture of a socialized system (medicare and medicaid) and a ‘for profit’ insurance system that are costing the country twice per capita than any other country in the world . The book also reviews possible solutions and models for universal care that have been successfully applied in other countries such as Canada , and the United Kingdom.
