The book is about a family who did not want children so when they had twins…my father decided to drown one of us....it was afraid of the dark so I stayed by the camp fire while my sister went off to the lake with my father....she never returned....

The book is about a family not fit for children or any one they did not like to be around......they murdered my aunt by injecting a triple shot of morphine in her arm just to get her money....

The book also tells of the only daughter who was mistreated but survived but never knew which one she was.....they called her one name but all thru life went by another name....there were 2 birth cert....so which one was the right name for the only girl left....did she survived or did she....

About the Author

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Jean Haislip is married and lives in Columbia , Missouri. She has a beautiful home that her son built for her. She has the talent of a professional decorator and everyone who sees her home remarks on its breath taking beauty. She has a warm, friendly, outgoing personality and has accomplished what would seem impossible after knowing her life story. She has pulled herself up from poverty to a life of comfort, surrounded by beauty. The pride and joy of her life is her "baby" Spike. A beautiful black and white dog. “ Cocker Spaniel – Spike ”. Often times she has told bits and pieces of her life to friend and each time they tell her, "Jean, please write a book. I want to read it ." She would answer that she would consider it. One day a friend told her it could be good therapy to write down all the things that has happened to her. She thought “why not?”. This is her first book, her autobiography. It is fast paced and will keep you spell bound to the last page.
