About the Author

Ruth Shaw Stokes is a semi-retired nationally certified teacher of piano and an organist. She has taught many students in Syracuse, N.Y., Destin, Fl. and Maine. Mrs. Stokes has also studied art and produced many oil paintings. She entertains regularly and organizes musical programs for the retirement community in which she lives.
