About the Author
Nancy Rossman has been a storyteller her entire life. Her Southern heritage and an appreciative audience helped her to hone her skills. In 1999, she began in earnest to study writing. She has attended writers’ workshops at Centrum and Tin House where she has studied with Alan Furst, Dorothy Allison, Valerie Miner, Aimee Bender, Abigail Thomas, and Ann Hood. In 2001, she won first place in a new talent contest by the Phoenix Writers Group for “Matchmaker, Retired.” First Love, Last Dance is her first book. She had the help and encouragement of her mother, Elise. Nancy has a B.S. from Miami University and an M.A. from Northern Michigan University. She lives with her husband, Sheldon, in Scottsdale, Arizona
