About the Book

Miss Kitty is a story about a cat, and a squirrel that meet by accident and become friends. They have an adventure together according to David, but Miss Kitty has another idea about it. It is a story that shows even the most unlikely and odd pair can become friends. Miss Kitty is based upon real animals they are in fact family pets. It is about family and friends. I hope it becomes as big a joy to read as it was for me to write.

About the Author

It is a wonderful thing to be inspired, as I was by my Grandchildren, Miss Kitty was written for them. I wanted to give them something special from me that they could cherish as they get older. I was also inspired by my husband, he believed in me from the beginning. He has given me the courage to share Miss Kitty with everyone. I am very excited to share my book with the world. Although I changed her name in the book Miss Kitty was our family pet, and David is a real squirrel that comes to our home everyday to get peanuts. I named him David after he started eating out of my hand, when I looked into his little appreciating face he became David to me and my family. I hope Miss Kitty brings as much joy to other families as it has brought to mine.
