Hilary Neiman lives in Washington, D.C. Hilary studied theology in undergraduate school and has earned advanced degrees in both child development and law. She is a certified life coach who specializes in working with people to help them overcome challenges. Additionally, Ms. Neiman is the founder and director of, Partners about Hope, a foundation that helps children in foster care.
