About the Book

My double life as an artist and a psychotherapist finally came together when I began to express the journey of my own heart in sculptures that captured all the poignant drama, and letters that sought to make sense of it all.

These letters span decades of relationships, and describe the growing up of my own heart. Travel through time and find the stories that speak to your heart.

Twenty-five hand-sculpted pure silver hearts are captured in vivid detail, along with a letter from the heart, and an answer from the wiser older self.

About the Author

Love gives life its purpose and meaning, most of the joy, and most of the losses too. A life rich in love will have large doses of both; it is a package deal. I choose more of both, not less, and the result is a life of so many loves, so many cherished others, so many losses, and so many opportunities to learn how to do all this loving well.

Mostly these learnings come from doing it less than well. I choose the path of love anyway, trusting the process to transform my heart into greater compassion, both for myself and others.
