About the Author

The author is a native of Michigan, born in Battlecreek, who spent his childhood living by a lake. He spent his boyhood days swimming, camping, snow sledding, and deer hunting with his father. He has fond memories of the excitement in getting his first sled on Christmas day. He tells the stories with fun and humor, but at the same time, his intent is to impart lessons to young children of the perils and dangers of the big outdoor adventures. Scott Williams has travelled throughout the United States and currently resides in California where he continues to enjoy the great outdoor adventures through his love of photography . He is married with three children and became a grandfather for the first time. It is his hope to dedicate this book to his granddaughter, Savannah, and share the many fun adventures of his youth.
