Author Kelly Poland’s childhood passion for reading grew into a lifetime of scouting library shelves for her favorite books. She finally tried her hand at writing one after thirty successful years in business. Kelly lives in Jones, Oklahoma, near the prairie where former generations of her family first turned the sod, once upon a time, in the bygone days of the Oklahoma Territory.
