About the Book

I Am of Great Value is a book that addresses the struggle that many face of rejection. In the book, we see Grass is sad because no one seems to know him. He feels unimportant and inadequate. A little girl name Harmony encourages her friend not to listen to their negative feelings but to the truth, which is in God’s Word. When we teach our children to see themselves as Christ sees them, we teach them to have confidence in themselves. They will be emotionally healthy. Children will know they are loved and can do anything because the all-powerful God who knows and loves them. “Truth for children’s emotional needs.” A lie destroys, but know that truth brings life.

About the Author

Melanie Melton and her wonderful husband have been blessed with six children, ages five to twenty-three. She has taught the Bible for over twenty years, and it is her desire to help children grow up emotionally healthy. Growing up, Melanie struggled with her emotions because feelings of worthlessness haunted her. She now longs to help build up children with God’s truth, which is they are of great value.
