Join Carmen the chameleon as he learns about many animals and insects from around the world. The animals live in a variety of climates and environments, giving way to beautiful nature-filled settings. About the Author

Kathy Nunn Vasconcellos lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She has twelve years of experience as an art teacher in both public and parochial schools. She graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Over the last fifteen years, she has owned a small decorative-painting business, creating murals, stencils, and faux finishes for friends and family. It has always been her dream to write and illustrate books for young children. This is her second book that follows Carmen and his adventures. Kathy’s hope is to encourage children and young authors to continue to read and write.
