About the Author

ABOUT THE AUTHOR; I am an octogenarian who sold most of his business interests on Feb. 14, 2000. This was done in anticipation of normal retirement. Six weeks later, on Mar. 29, 2000, I had a massive heart attack. After receiving a stent, I made the decision to move to South Florida and give up an active world of stress. My wife, Arlene, and I bought a home in a small, gated community for senior citizens in west Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County. It was here that our living style turned into paradise, where every day was Sunday. After twelve years of saying that I would like to write a book, an idea finally came to me. At least an idea that I thought would sustain interest. I have been active in community affairs on many committees and writing short articles for community newsletters and other Op- Ed pieces and was finally off and running with creative flow. This was a good thing because my physical agility is dwindling, and I can no longer be active on so many committees. Plus at one point, I was elected to my community board of directors, and I also was trained by FEMA to act as part of the President’s Citizens Corp. as part of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). I soon became the community leader and the county liaison. The inspiration that struck me was a murder mystery novel titled "Triple Score" Not only did the novel have the required surprise ending, but it contained a second surprise ending to a series of triple murders that seemed to occur every twenty years. This book, "Triple Score," can be obtained through Barnes and Noble or Amazon and through the Palm Beach County Public Library on request. I am now creating and writing ideas and new concepts that I believe will benefit the average middle-class family. Both recreational and residential, my ideas are different from the average current perceptions, and I hope it will create a whole new outlook in each field that I write about.
