About the Book
A Jagged Shard of Light is an exploration of depression, PTSD, and daily life. It delves into the hopelessness and uselessness one can feel when faced with the realities of depression and PTSD. It explores suicidal ideation, intense fear, and other uncomfortable situations. It is dark and filled with desperate moments, but there are still moments of light. It breaks in the muck that offer reprieve, just like life.
