About the Book

This is a poetry book that opens the mind to what others may go through but not show. It’s all to give encouragement to the reader, who may be going through the same or similar events in their life. In life, there are high, low, good, and bad times; but you must find a way to push on. Everyone has their own reason for pushing through their storm, but quitting should never be an option. Resilience is not only a physical or mental thing. It takes both with the aid of a support system. Be the reason someone shines a bit brighter every day and smiles a bit more every moment.
