It challenges you to question everything and investigate your motivation for achieving any goal, it all comes down to the 'why' as the 'why' in anything you do will determine just how successful you will be in your conquests. This book is based on the experiences and observations of the author but does not diminish its overall message and value. There will be challenges at the end of each chapter to help you solidify and apply the overall messages and aims of each chapter and is meant to be a self-guided journey into your own personal growth.
