Instances, where only the name of the dish has been provided, please google or YouTube for the full recipe and directions if desired. I hope this book brings you as much pleasure, as I had in putting it together. This book can be seen, as a collage of plantain recipes from around the world, for your enjoyment!

About the Author

Although Charlotte Vdovychenko has lived in the United States most of her life, She was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa. Her family relocated to England when she was a teenager, and where she completed high school, before attending college at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas. Today she is a board certified Clinical Microbiologist and consultant working on her dissertation at Walden University. When she is not writing, she can be found spending time with her family, giving presentations at schools and churches, and traveling to serve under previliged children.
