About the Book

This group counseling workbook marries Logotherapy, identity development, and expressive arts in one curriculum. The curriculum is designed for ages 12-18 and easily implemented in a school, clinical mental health outpatient, private practice, or inpatient setting. The layout provides a detailed eight-session curriculum layout with clinical foundations and handouts. In addition, each session has the purpose and goals, presents the activity, has a recommended list of materials, and provides processing questions.
