About the Author

Sharon Muggivan has more than 30 years of experience in the disability sector in Australia. She has worked in the areas of employment, residential care, community access and skill development. With a Masters degree in Psychoanalytic Studies, Degrees in Business and Industrial Relations, Sharon draws on 30 years in senior management as well as her experience founding a successful not-for- profit which she currently chairs and running her own private practice specializing in behaviour change. Sharon has a passion for positive change for people with a disability by addressing their behaviours of concern to allow them to participate fully in the community.
