This book chronicles the Rise and Fall of one prison inmate’s life of crime. After a series of interviews with the inmate, the author decided to use this man’s real life experiences to tackle the prevalent ills of society as seen through one man’s eyes. A true page-turner covering the early days of a motorcycle club, drug dealers, and funeral home owners, dog fighting, murder and a jailbreak make this book hard to put down. It is Fensom’s hopes that this story will touch someone whose life is headed down the wrong path. Writing this book has changed his life and has given him a different outlook on the world of crime. If he has touched and inspired one soul lost in the darkness out there, he can say writing this book was worthwhile. “Through my faith in God, I have come to realize that when your life on earth is over, there are only two places your soul can go. Up or Down,” Fensom says.

About the Author

G. Thomas Fensom is an American author born and raised in the Midwest. The story “Rise and Fall” is based on a prison inmate’s life story. He spent the better part of a year interviewing the inmate before his release. None of the characters in this book is actual people, and none of them is facing any type of criminal prosecution. Some of the events in this story continue to be serious issues in our country today.
