About the Book

A ship arrived in Charleston, South Carolina Harbor flying a black flag. Pirates from long ago were reaching from the past into the present through their bloodlines. Lives were at stake and a treasure was to be found. Destinies would collide, but fate would intercede, and the storm would subside. Steven Daniel would be pulled in by a mystery but learn that the treasure chest of life was in his heart. For within his heart was all he would fight and die for. He could not fathom what his heart could hold, because every day he added to it.

About the Author

Jerry lives in Charleston, South Carolina where he offers guided tours through Tour Charleston. As a professional storyteller, he enjoys bringing history and folklore together to form intriguing perspectives that captivate the imagination. Not to mention, giving those that journey with him, goosebumps while bringing alive the ghosts that haunt the streets and graveyards. His hobbies include singing and songwriting, performing improv and lending his free time as a volunteer at the South Carolina Aquarium. With a degree in philosophy and a passion for adventure, Jerry is somewhat of a curious traveler, both physically and intellectually, often seeking to understand the meaning of life. His core desire is to learn and experience life in the most authentic way possible.
