Sooty is a small black and white cat who lives with her Mummy. One day when Mummy goes out, Sooty gets up to all kinds of mischief in the house on her own.

About the Author

Natalie de Burgh has written this delightful story inspired by the antics of a friend’s cat, Sooty who loves doing everything she is not supposed to. Natalie lives in sunny Hawkes Bay, New Zealand, with her own cat Angel who is hoping to make an appearance in the next story. After finishing High School, Natalie is heading to the University of Auckland to complete a Bachelor of Science, with the goal to work in the field of genetics and environmental ecology.
