About the Book

A humorous explanation as to why all those silly things happen as a result of having multiple sclerosis—well, at least it gives you someone else to blame.

About the Author

Lisa Sheehan was born September 1966. She has two grown children, also one granddaughter, Jazzy. She lives a couple of hours south of Byron Bay on the east coast of Australia.

She was married in 2009, which seemed to make her life peaceful, complete, and perfect.

Until the following year, when she finally was told that she has primary progressive MS. This gave her an explanation as to why all of the things were happening to her body. Even though it is a terrible diagnosis, it explained why her nursing career was becoming a lot harder to do.

After two more big relapses, she is now learning how to deal with her failing body, and more importantly, looking and finding the humour in it.

‘I know I’m not alone, so to everyone who has this disease, don’t give up, keep on fighting it, stay upright, and remember they will find the cure; in the mean time, just remember to laugh at the weird stuff.’
