About the Book

In the opening pages of this, my book, you will read as to why I took so much. time in deciding to write of my personal dealings with my Lord and Saviour. It began with a seed planted in my heart by my granddaughter Clare, it took two years to germinate then grew into a personal record of God’s unfailing love and His ever open and listening ear. I had not made any notes of my prayers, never dreaming that I would have to recall them in putting pen to paper as it were. I felt compelled to record so many prayers and answers that my readers would be drawn closer to ‘The Saviour of the world’; my Lord and Saviour that you might come to Know Him, Love Him, and invite personally into your heart and Life. The Lord Bless you and Keep you.

About the Author

As the author of this book I feel you, my reader, ought to know something about me. My start in life was as the second child of my parents, there is just 14 months between my brother and I. I was 4 years old when I started school, and 16 years old when I left. At 18 I had to go into the armed forces,(National Service) and chose to serve in the ‘Royal Army Medical Corps’ (RAMC) for the obligatory 2 years. I passed all my exams in Anatomy & Physiology and then chose to serve in Admin. I became Chief Clerk working directly for The Commanding Officer a Colonel who became a Brigadier. This was a period of my life that I shall never forget for the right reasons, but it was a time of ‘make or break’ for me and indeed for all who had to sign up. I then went on to the ‘colour reserves for 5 years, later reduced by law to 2 years.
