This book exposes my personal battles and highlights the small victories, experienced over three emotionally tough years separated from my partner, children and the life I was promised.

I hope not only does this book empathise with the reader but also offers a creative solution to dealing with what may appear to be the worst time in your life........ Remember one thing, “nothing is forever; not even pain”

About the Author

I’m a father to three wonderful children Darnell, Montell and Aziah, who are full of life and who give me strength every day. I’m a life partner to a wonderful woman Jodie, who taught me humility and love and inspired me to write. I am thankful for the opportunities I have had and the lessons I’ve learnt and the second chances I’ve been given. I’m thankful to my old friends and new who have given me advice and helped shape me to become who I am. I had to loos a lot, to learn a lot, to achieve so much more. Years have passed and there is a happy ending to this story......... because it’s the beginning for Jodie and I. I realised now It’s not just about me, we are YIN and YANG, forever together.
