About the Author
Dr Bahram Tadayyon, MNS, Ph.D., MD, from the Kingdom of Bahrain, is an internationally renowned nutritionist, who besides his medical degree has obtained master’s and doctorate degrees from Cornell University in New York. He has taught nutrition to medical students in several countries.
