About the Book

The novel deals with the joys and tragedies of the affluent Kensington family, focusing on the secrets of the individual family members and the luxurious life they lead.

The story centers on Holly Kensington, the main protagonist and her difficult decision to access the difference in lifestyles that she encounters, which will bring her to a decision to let go of her affluent jet-setting circle of friends and enter the work of the “down-home” Country social scene.

Another struggle is the arduous pursuit of the protagonist hero Billy Bud Edwards to capture the heart of his love, Holly.

When Holly comes to terms with herself and sheds her bigotries, she realizes her love for Bud and her respect for the Nashville Country World.
